The Spark Mail app stands as one of our flagship products, redefining the email experience for both individual users and teams.

We seek an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic evolution of Spark for Teams. This is a senior level role, reporting to Head of Product. With your profound understanding of B2B software and SaaS you will drive Spark for Teams to become the primary revenue driver for the Spark Mail app. Join a team of great talent and have a direct impact on the product!

What will you do in this role: 

  • Define and prioritize Spark for Teams' strategy and product roadmap in alignment with our business objectives.
  • Directly deliver new features, onboarding flows, website updates, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure the timely realization of product milestones.
  • Gather valuable insights from customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis to continually enhance Spark for Teams' offerings.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and initiatives to boost the adoption of Spark for Teams among both new and existing Teams/Enterprise users.
  • Track and evaluate KPIs related to user engagement, retention, and revenue growth for Spark for Teams.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and pain points, translating them into actionable product features and enhancements.

About you: 

  • Demonstrated experience in product ownership/management with a focus on B2B software solutions.
  • A track record of scaling B2B products or platforms to achieve substantial revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in conveying product vision and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with agile development teams.

Also will be a plus: 

  • Knowledge of the email, collaboration, or productivity software landscape.
  • Building relationships with industry professionals for valuable insights and opportunities.
  • Pitching the product directly to customers for various reasons, with no prior sales experience required.
