As a Product Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of leading our onboarding and activation marketing efforts, working to drive further growth. Our product, already well-known in the highly utilized email space, has over 15 million users and numerous innovations. Now, it's time to make an impact on how people work, guiding them towards happier and more productive lives. This role offers the opportunity to compete with giants like Apple, Google, and Microsoft in a field as crucial as email.

What will you do in this role:

  • Support the definition and implementation of the product proposition. Contribute to the development of the product value proposition, positioning, and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding. This should include recommendations for product enhancements, optimization, and the product pricing strategy.
  • Own the conversion and activation journeys for all user segments, platforms, and regions. Work closely with the CVM, Customer Support, Customer Insights, and Product teams to define user segments and journeys. Use best practices to create an optimization roadmap across all touchpoints and own the conversion KPIs.
  • Run pricing and paywall tests. Create a roadmap of tests for improving the performance of both pricing and paywalls in all segments, platforms, and regions. Work closely with the Product, CVM, and Customer Insights team to use best practice techniques to ensure we convert, activate, retain, and reactivate users at the key moment of purchase to grow user lifetimes and lifetime values.
  • Be a subject matter expert. Identify user needs by deeply understanding our target customers and how our product delivers customer value. Be an expert in our competitive and market landscape, and ensure that our product and marketing evolve to harness new opportunities.
  • Support new product launches. Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams to manage onboarding and conversion for all new product launch projects.
  • Drive growth. Own the onboarding, optimization, and conversion roadmap. Develop a clear understanding of the growth dynamics of the product. Work with a cross-functional team in the identification and subsequent unlocking of growth levers through the process of rapid data-driven experimentation.

About you

  • Experience with marketing B2C products for at least 5+ years. You have extensive experience working with applications, which is an absolute must-have for this role.
  • Experience launching new and innovative digital products & services. We have very ambitious goals and aspirations. You would be one of the key people to change our customers’ lives for the better and show the path forward for the rest of the industry.
  • Storytelling. We are looking for someone who is a great storyteller since we need to level up our game here to reinforce every single part of our marketing efforts.
  • The desire for quality is built-in. You can distinguish between great, good, and mediocre design. You will set up and maintain a quality bar for everything we produce.
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated. You should be self-motivated to check whether we are on track to achieve our goals, sound the alarm if we deviate from our goals and work diligently to realign, persistently pushing forward regardless of obstacles.
  • Industry Knowledge. You care about email, collaboration, and productivity in general. It’s a significant advantage if you’re an email and productivity geek in general. 
  • Marketing Expertise. You should have deep knowledge of optimization techniques and have a track record of success in digitally product-led organizations.
  • Data-informed and data-driven approach. You like working with data and insights and pair that with your passion for users to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for taking our products to market.
  • Customer-focused mindset. You have a deep empathy for users and are driven to make a positive impact in their lives.
  • Global thinker’s mentality. Our customers and teams span the globe. You are comfortable working within and leading virtual teams of colleagues around the world to serve a global audience.
